1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select the design you love, choose your size and color, and click Add to Cart. Follow the prompts at checkout, and you’re all set!

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been sent to production, which could happen immediately after purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Most orders can be canceled and refunded if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

3. How long does shipping take?

We currently ship only within the United States. Our products are fulfilled by Printify, which means each item is made-to-order. Production time typically takes 2-5 business days, and shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. What size should I order?

Please refer to the Size Guide included in the product photos to find your best fit. We recommend double-checking the measurements before placing your order.

6. What materials are your t-shirts made of?

Our Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tee, the Bella+Canvas 3001, is made with 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, offering a lightweight and breathable fabric. It features a retail fit and classic crew neckline, perfect for both casual and semi-formal wear. The tear-away label ensures comfort. Note: Some color blends include small percentages of polyester for added durability.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 28 days of delivery. As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

8. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! If your item arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

12. How do I care for my t-shirt?

For best results, machine wash your t-shirt inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the design to keep your shirt looking great.
